Speaker Guidelines

For Speakers:

We encourage speakers to provide the presentations (PPT) 3 days prior to the commencement of the conference. Under unavoidable conditions, you can use your own laptops for the presentation. Only 25-30 minutes are allotted to the speakers for each presentation which includes time for queries. Plus time will be controlled by the session chair.

The abstract should be with Title, Name of presenting Author and Co-authors, Affiliation, Country, Photo, Biography, email, Abstract to the least with 300-400 words. All Abstracts must be written in English.

For the Poster Presenter:

Poster boards (1-meter x 1 meter) with poster numbers and materials to stick poster will be provided to each presenter. We encourage you to paste the posters 1 hour prior to the start time of poster sessions as per the final program. Poster evaluation and Certificate distribution is judges job. Poster awards will be presented on the last day of a conference during the closing ceremony.

E-poster:

E-Posters Presenter is not eligible to join the conference in person. The Poster (PDF form) should be submitted to the conference email/conference submission site, which will be electronically projected during the poster session area. E poster abstract will be published in conference souvenir. Presenters will be provided with E-certificate later the completion of Conference.

Certificates:

All the attendees will be awarded certificates signed by the organizing committee members. Participant Name and affiliation will be printed on certificates as per our records, for any changes or requests regarding the certification— please contact us before one month of the conference.
